Lucky Duck arrived in the Valley, following his capture by a concerned resident after having been dumped on an urban lake and where dogs, cats, foxes and people are all potential threats. He was dehydrated, hungry and evidently very lonely, but soon he was in safe hands! 
Flapping around on the pond and napping in the orchard! He seems very content with his transition from life on the street to care at the Sanctuary.
