Gurtle was advertised ‘free’ on a Facebook group. ‘Free’ advertisements bring much concern to animal lovers everywhere, however, for this completely blind, and very gentle giant, his advertisement set him on the road to Sanctuary.  Gurtle is one of the the sweetest caprines in town, and while suffering the effects of pronounced cataracts, is happy and well. Gurtle is loving naps in the sun, nosing pockets for treats and having copious volunteer cuddles.
